Initial Assessment and Treatment

Description

An initial evaluation one on one with Vitas in the comfort of your own home where you will be able to address any concerns or issues that you may be having. A detailed explanation of the plan of care will be given to the client after which to initial phase of care will be implemented as treatment begins.
